Mar 04, 2019 Sims 3 and Sims 4 not loading save games Published on February 6, 2017 March 4, 2019 by BluebellFlora If you are running macOS Sierra 10.12, or later, on your Mac and have iCloud Drive enabled then you may be having an issue with your saves.
- Log out and then in again I just went threw this!0
- Go to Origin. Right click on Sims 4, click View Game Details. You should see Get to Work. Right click on it, and click download. Boom!2

- I just went to the link in origin that had the game grayed out and am downloading now
- It downloaded automatically for me. No download button needed.
- Weird. It's not showing up on my Mac for some reason. I've contacted EA customer support to see if they can help at all.

- Go to Origin. Right click on Sims 4, click View Game Details. You should see Get to Work. Right click on it, and click download. Boom!

I pre-ordered it a few hours ago and was confused why it didn't show up in 'My Games' section, I was about to post a thread! I think I had to do the same thing when I downloaded the Holiday Pack and Outdoor..Dunno. - > @Legobatman3609 said:

I had to contact EA support. They said it was because they had yet to charge my card. I told them to charge it, and they said it was on the bank's end. I knew that couldn't be the case so I canceled my original order, bought it again, and now it is downloading, heh.

see that cant be true for me sadly, if i go to my bank web sight and go back to when i payed for it, it says that they took my money and it has cleared my account so not sure why i cant play it. - Look on the Origin browser under 'Origin' then 'Download Queue.' That helped me.

It didn't show the 'download' button for me, either. Did you click on 'View Game Details' while right clicked on Sims 4 under 'my games'? In the View Game details, it was there, but I had to update Outdoor Retreat first, then I was able to download GTW. I had to hover over the GTW picture and then choose download.
